- Breadcrumbs5 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Liquid Smoke1 to taste
- Black pepper with cumin1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Chilli Seasoning1 to taste
- Mix the carrot, spices and eggs
- Add wheat flour and mix well
- Add the breadcrumbs and mix until it forms a ball.
- Take portions of the dough, make balls and press to shape
- Grill over low heat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil to cook the medium
