  • Vinegar1 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • 3 cloves of garlic to taste
  • 1/2 onion to taste
  1. It can be any chili pepper
  2. Cut the peppers and remove the seeds
  3. Scald the peppers, Heat a pan with water, when it is hot, turn off the heat and put the peppers, leave for 10 seconds and remove the peppers
  4. Mix water, vinegar, salt and sugar
  5. When the peppers are cold, put them in a glass jar, add the other ingredients too, the garlic and onion you can cut into small pieces.
  6. Leave it out of the fridge in 7 days it will be ready for consumption
