- Vinegar1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- 3 cloves of garlic to taste
- 1/2 onion to taste
- It can be any chili pepper
- Cut the peppers and remove the seeds
- Scald the peppers, Heat a pan with water, when it is hot, turn off the heat and put the peppers, leave for 10 seconds and remove the peppers
- Mix water, vinegar, salt and sugar
- When the peppers are cold, put them in a glass jar, add the other ingredients too, the garlic and onion you can cut into small pieces.
- Leave it out of the fridge in 7 days it will be ready for consumption
