- Beetroot2 unit(s)
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Lime2 unit(s)
- Olive oil40 ml
- Parsley (soak)1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- Yogurt100 ml
- Sanitize all supplies
- Peel and cut the beetroot into very small cubes
- Chop the onion very small too, mix it with the beetroot
- Grate a lemon over this mixture add the juice of a lemon too
- Finely chop the parsley and add to the tartar, finish with olive oil, salt and tabasco
- Add a natural yogurt to the juice of a lemon, season with salt
- Assemble the portions with the tartar finished with the sour cream on top
