Banana in slices3 unit(s)
Banana peels cut into small cubes3 unit(s)
Cassava flour3 cup
Color1 tablespoon
Parsley to taste
Chives to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

In a large, wide-bottomed skillet, sauté the banana peels together with the onion and the coloral. Then add the banana.
As soon as the banana cooks, add the flour and mix everything together. Turn off the fire, adjust the seasonings and finish with the green smell.
Serve immediately
