- Mash the pulp of the avocados (small avocados) together with the oil
- Add the juice of one lemon, the tomato, the red onion and the chopped peppers and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add salt, black pepper and coriander powder and mix. Bonus tip: fresh coriander is a great option for those who prefer this more striking flavor ;]
- Taste the recipe before this step. Add your favorite pepper. In this recipe I used canned chili peppers beaten in the mixer. But watch out! This option is for the strong 💪🏻
- Place on a platter and garnish with sesame. Serve with the tortillas
