  • Bechamel sauce500 ml
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Fresh Parmesan100 g
  • Provolone100 g
  • Gorgonzola50 g
  1. Prepare a béchamel (recipe already published) to be the base of the sauce. Do not add salt.
  2. Grate the mozzarella, parmesan and provolone. Break the gorgonzola into small pieces.
  3. Add the cheeses to the sauce over low heat and let them melt and incorporate. Be careful not to stick to the pan.
  4. Serve with the pasta of your choice.
