Chopped yam1 kg
Sausage300 g
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
Chimichurri1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Hot water1 l

Saute the sausage in the oil.
Add onion and garlic until golden.
Add the chopped yam.
Add the chimichurri and salt.
Stir and add the water.
Let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat, until the yam breaks down. Finish with olive oil.
