- Chopped yam1 kg
- Sausage300 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Chimichurri1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Hot water1 l
- Saute the sausage in the oil.
- Add onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the chopped yam.
- Add the chimichurri and salt.
- Stir and add the water.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat, until the yam breaks down. Finish with olive oil.
