White Bean and Smoked Eggplant Soup

Comece colocando a berinjela na boca do fogo e deixando até carbonizar totalmente a casca. Com cuidado retire do fogo e transfira para uma tábua. Em seguida abra a berinjela no sentido do comprimento e retire a polpa defumada. Bata com a faca para fazer pedaços menores e reserve.
