- Complete Seasoning to taste
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Onion (small)1 unit(s)
- Ground beef250 g
- Cut all vegetables into small cubes. Reserve.
- Sauté ground beef in oil until dry.
- Then add the chopped onion, sauté some more.
- Add the vegetables and sauté.
- Add the complete seasoning, paprika and saffron.
- Cover with water and cook until the vegetables are soft and the broth is thick.
