- Macaroni120 g
- Chopped Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Saute onion, pepper and garlic in a pan with oil.
- When golden, add the carrot and water.
- Season with pepper and salt to taste.
- For 5 minutes, let it cook.
- Add the washed pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the potatoes to thicken the soup.
- Use cuentro for the final touch. Serve it hot !
