Vegetable stew with sausage

Corte os legumes em pedaços e reserve. 
Corte a linguiça em rodelas e o bacon em pedaços. 

Cut the vegetables into pieces and set aside.
Cut the sausage into slices and the bacon into pieces.

Na panela adicione adicione a linguiça e o bacon da uma leve fritada nelas.

In the pan add add the sausage and bacon and lightly fry them.

Depois acrescente a cebola e mexa até a cebola refoga,em seguida adicione o Coloral,os legumes, o quinó, sazon e as folhas de couve em pedaços. Cozinhe por 15 minutos. 

Then add the onion and stir until the onion sautés, then add the Coloral, vegetables, quinoa, sazon and cabbage leaves in pieces. Cook for 15 minutes.
