- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Pumpkin cabotiá200 g
- Chopped Cabbage100 g
- Salt to taste
- Lemonpepper to taste
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Rosemary to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic, finely chopped, until golden.
- Add the peeled and diced vegetables. Except the cabbage.
- Season with salt, lemonpepper, rosemary and bay leaf.
- Add boiling water to cover the vegetables. Cover the pan and let it cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage into thin strips and boil for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
