Olive oil1 tablespoon
Carrot1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Zucchini1 unit(s)
Potato2 unit(s)
Pumpkin cabotiá200 g
Chopped Cabbage100 g
Salt to taste
Lemonpepper to taste
Bay leaf1 unit(s)
Rosemary to taste

In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic, finely chopped, until golden.
Add the peeled and diced vegetables. Except the cabbage.
Season with salt, lemonpepper, rosemary and bay leaf.
Add boiling water to cover the vegetables. Cover the pan and let it cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage into thin strips and boil for 5 minutes.
