  • Beef (muscle or rib preferred)250 g
  • Medium Chopped Tomato01 unit(s)
  • Medium Potatoes Cut into Cubes02 unit(s)
  • Medium Carrots, Diced02 unit(s)
  • Medium Cassava, Cut into Cubes02 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pods12 unit(s)
  • Noodles (ring, shell, Hail Mary or angel hair)02 cup
  • Beef Broth Tablet01 unit(s)
  • Seasoning Envelope01 unit(s)
  • Pinch of Black Pepper or Pepperoni Pepper01 to taste
  • Parsley and Chives, finely chopped01 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put a drizzle of oil in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add the onion and let it brown.
  3. Add the beef and let it brown.
  4. Add the chopped tomato.
  5. Add the beef broth and sazon-style seasoning envelope.
  6. Add the potatoes, carrots, manioc and pods and let it cook for 3 minutes (always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan).
  7. Add the parsley and chives, pepper, salt and finally the water.
  8. Note: Water must be added until it exceeds a little more than half of the pressure cooker.
  9. Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 40 minutes.
  10. After 40 minutes, uncover the pan and add the pasta.
  11. Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the pan and serve.
  12. Tip: Don't make the noodles too soft.
