Refogue a cebola no azeite, quando começar a dourar coloque o alho e deixe mais um pouco . Coloque o tomate cortado e refogue até que o tomate amoleça.


Sauté the onion in olive oil, when it starts to brown, add the garlic and leave it a little longer. Add the chopped tomato and sauté until the tomato softens.


Junte todos os legumes (menos a abobrinha e o espinafre) e refogue em torno de 5 minutos. 

Add all the vegetables (except the zucchini and spinach) and sauté for around 5 minutes.

Coloque o frango desfiado e cubra com a água e temperos .
Deixe cozinhar até que a cenoura comece a cozinhar e fique al dente. Coloque a abobrinha e o espinafre e cozinhe por mais alguns minutos. Pronto .

Place the shredded chicken and cover with the water and seasonings.
Let it cook until the carrot starts to cook and is al dente. Add the zucchini and spinach and cook for a few more minutes. Ready .
