  • Vegetable Cremogema2 tablespoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Mandioquinha (cut into cubes)1 unit(s)
  • Tomato (without skin and seed)1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, dissolve 2 tablespoons of Cremogema Vegetais in 200 ml of milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
  2. Cook for another 1 minute, remove from heat and wait to cool. Put the manioc to cook with water. Approximately 6 minutes, or until soft. Reserve half a cup (tea) of the cooking water and drain the rest.
  3. In the blender, beat the mandioquinha and the tomato and add the water little by little until you form a homogeneous cream. Combine the mixture with the Cremogema Vegetais cream and it's ready to serve!
  4. TIP!!!!!!
  5. Here, the suggestion is to add mandioquinha and tomato, but you can substitute the vegetables you prefer.
