- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Smoked Bacon400 g
- Vegetable broth400 ml
- Olive oil20 ml
- Mint to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fry the bacon in hot oil for 3 minutes over high heat. Add the carrots and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat, add salt.
- Add the onion and green beans, then the vegetable stock. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
- Then add the garlic, tomato paste and season with mint, black pepper and paprika.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, after removing the dish from the stove, sprinkle with parsley.
