  • Dry seasonings (oregano, salt, black pepper, chimichurri…)1 to taste
  • Beef broth500 ml
  • Steak - soft mattress200 g
  • Corn on the cob2 unit(s)
  1. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, and set aside
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and crush the garlic
  3. Remove the skin and seeds from the tomato and cut it into small cubes for easier cooking.
  4. Cut the meat into small cubes, season to taste with garlic and dry seasonings, place in a high pan and fry well until the meat is very brown.
  5. Add the onion, touch well and put the tomato until it melts.
  6. Add the chopped vegetables, the meat broth and season with salt and dry seasonings to taste. And let it cook all the vegetables for 15 minutes.
  7. Beat the cooked beans in a food processor and mix in the pan, also adding the pasta and stop cooking as described on the package.
  8. Serve with a good pepper and a cheese and enjoy
