- Chopped Cabbage100 g
- Chopped Smoked Tofu100 g
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Water400 ml
- Seasonings to taste
- Cook the peeled potatoes until very soft.
- Blend the potato in a blender with water. Reserve.
- Saute onion and tofu in oil until golden.
- Add the cabbage and sauté.
- Add the potato mixed with the water.
- Add seasonings to taste.
- Leave on low heat until hot.
