  • Boiled Cassava1/2 kg
  • Tuscan sausage300 g
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Spoon of oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste1/2 to taste
  • Onion1/2 cup
  • Coriander1 to taste
  • Water500 ml
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan put the oil.
  2. Fry the sausage until golden.
  3. Add the garlic and onion, stir until everything is mixed and add the tapped cassava in the blender.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Mix everything and let it cook for a while.
  6. Add the cilantro and parsley and turn off the heat.
