- White beans500 g
- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Rosemary bunch1/2 unit(s)
- Medium onion2 unit(s)
- Slices of Italian bread1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic Cloves1 to taste
- Soak the white beans overnight (optional). Cook the beans without making the beans soft and set aside. Fry the onion and add the cooked beans. After that, add the tomato sauce and rosemary. Let it cook until it forms a creamy consistency and it's ready. Accompaniment: take a clove of garlic and pass it over the slices of Italian bread already preheated in the oven, until the garlic is completely consumed. Finally, add oil and salt to taste.
