Tuscan beans with garlic toast

Deixar o feijão branco de molho de um dia para o outro (opcional). Cozinhar o feijão sem que o grão fique mole e reserve.
Doure a cebola e acrescente o feijão cozido. Feito isso, acrescente o molho de tomate e o alecrim. Deixe cozinhar até formar uma consistência cremosa e está pronto.
Acompanhamento: pegue um dente de alho e passe sobre as fatias de pão italiano já pré-aquecidos no forno, até o alho ser totalmente consumido. Para finalizar acrescente azeite e sal a gosto.

Soak the white beans overnight (optional). Cook the beans without making the beans soft and set aside.
Fry the onion and add the cooked beans. After that, add the tomato sauce and rosemary. Let it cook until it forms a creamy consistency and it's ready.
Accompaniment: take a clove of garlic and pass it over the slices of Italian bread already preheated in the oven, until the garlic is completely consumed. Finally, add oil and salt to taste.
