Italian Tomato500 g
Garlic1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Italian bread1 unit(s)
Mozzarella cheese100 g
Butter1 tablespoon
Sour cream1 tablespoon

Cut the tomatoes and bake in the oven seasoned with salt and black pepper, olive oil and garlic.
After roasting the tomatoes, blend them in a blender and add a little water if you consider it necessary.
Cut the bread into slices and spread butter on 2 slices, fill with mozzarella and toast
Finish the soup with cream and serve.
