- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Decoration to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut. Place in a pan with salted water and cook until softened well.
- Before it cools, while still warm, the potatoes mash well.
- In a pan, add the butter, the mashed potato and the cream. Stir over low heat until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a platter. And our puree is ready.
