- cassava (cassava)1 kg
- Beef rib1 kg
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- In a pan add: Oil, garlic and onion, sauté
- Add the rib seasoning with salt, black pepper, Sazón and knnor or the seasonings of your choice and sauté.
- After sautéing the rib add the cassava cut into small cubes, sauté again
- Add water to cover the meat and cassava.
- Pressure cook for 40 minutes
- hang up and serve
