  • Vegetable broth1 cup
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • White onion1 unit(s)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Small Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Ready beans.1/2 cup
  • Tabasco1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
  • Small Avocado1/2 unit(s)
  • Sesame seed to taste
  1. In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil. Then add the chopped vegetables in that order. Carrots, zucchini and tomatoes and let them sweat for about 10 minutes
  2. Let it cook for about 20 minutes on low heat with the broth and more water if necessary.
  3. I made the broths myself. The chicken one came from pressure cooking chicken. I made the vegetable one by boiling the leftovers of various vegetables in water. You can use ready-made broths or even just water.
  4. Put 4 ladles of the soup in the blender and beat with a ladle of beans or other vegetable protein plus Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Put the avocado too.
  5. Serve topped with olive oil and sesame seeds
