- Milk400 ml
- Provolone cheese100 g
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Onion2/1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Palm1/2 can(s)
- Grated Parmesan1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Chives1 to taste
- Cut a lid on the bread and carefully remove the crumb.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the wheat flour and mix well
- Add the milk and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the cottage cheese and mix very well.
- Add the provolone cheese and the heart of palm and cook for another two minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Spread the cream on the bread and serve with parmesan and parsley
- The noodles you took out, make some cakes to go with it
