Em uma panela refogue alho , cebola ,pimentão e carne até doura 

In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, pepper and meat until golden.

Depois adicione a cenoura e chuchu  e água tampe a panela por 10 minutos 

Then add the carrot and chayote and water cover the pan for 10 minutes

Acrescente os outros ingredientes ,extrato e água deixe por 5 minutos. 

Add the other ingredients, extract and water leave for 5 minutes.

Por fim a massa e deixe por no máximo 3 minutos .

Finally the dough and leave for a maximum of 3 minutes.
