  • Shrimp without shell and clean300 g
  • Squid Rings300 g
  • Mussel200 g
  • Whiting, dogfish or diced tilapia700 g
  • Large diced onion1 unit(s)
  • Diced Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Potatoes in medium cubes3 unit(s)
  • Carrots in small cubes2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
  • Pumpkin100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron1 coffee spoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. Bring the pumpkin and cabbage to a boil in salted water.
  2. In a pan, fry the onion in oil, add the garlic, let it brown and add the tomato.
  3. Add the potato, carrot and saffron, cover with water and cook until al dente.
  4. Add the fish, mussels and squid. Beat the pumpkin and cabbage in a blender, pour this mixture into the seafood pan.
  5. When the fish is cooked, add the shrimp and the green smell. Let it cook for 5 minutes, adjust the salt and it's ready.
