  • Large Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Bacon300 g
  • Cabbage leaves4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes, place in the pressure cooker, add salt and cover with water.
  2. Cook for approx 15 minutes.
  3. Brown the bacon, set aside.
  4. Beat the potatoes, 2 cabbage leaves with a little of the broth in the blender.
  5. Finely chop the remaining two kale leaves.
  6. Add the beaten broth to the same pan that you fried the bacon.
  7. Add the black pepper, salt, nutmeg, chopped cabbage and the fried bacon.
  8. Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
