Modo de preparo:

Em uma panela aqueça o azeite, refogue a cebola e em seguida adicione a abóbora crua picada sem casca. Misture o gengibre, temperos e água. Deixe cozinhar até desmanchar. Então, espere esfriar para bater no liquidificador até a sopa ficar uniforme. Volte a panela acerte temperos e sirva com salsinha fresca.




Preparation mode:
