- Cabotia pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes500 g
- Vegetable broth made with onion, garlic, thyme, leek, celery250 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Brazil Nuts100 g
- Green Smell4 tablespoon
- In the microwave, cook the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
- While the pumpkin is cooking, prepare the broth by bringing the ingredients to a boil.
- When the pumpkin cooks, put it in the blender and hit it with the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the farofinha: beat the Brazil nut in the knife leaving it in rustic pieces.
- Mix with the parsley. Season to taste. Serve over soup.
