  1. Pressure cook the pumpkin, cover with water with salt until softened (about 15 minutes)
  2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon and pepperoni
  3. With the golden bacon and pepperoni, add the garlic and onion
  4. Reserve a portion to decorate the dish.
  5. Transfer the already cooked pumpkin with the water to the glass of the food processor or blender and blend until well crushed.
  6. Add the broth to the sautéed, return to medium heat, and cook until thickened.
