Bacon200 g
Butter (unsalted)3 tablespoon
Onion1 unit(s)
Wheat flour1/2 cup
Cube (bacon or meat)1 unit(s)
Potatoes3 unit(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Salt1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste
Grated Parmesan1 to taste

Dilute the cube of your choice with 1.5 of hot water and set aside. Boil the potatoes and set aside.
Brown the bacon and reserve the cubes. In the bacon fat itself add the onion and fry until browned, add the wheat flour and stir.
Add the water (diluted with the broth of your choice) the potatoes and adjust the salt, add the black pepper (optional) and let it boil for 3 minutes, until it becomes clear.
Turn off the heat, add the cream, stir well and serve. Bacon can be placed in the middle or just at the time of serving (on top). Enjoy your food!
