- Bacon1 cup
- Minced garlic to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper sauce to taste
- Chives to taste
- Cook the potato in boiling salted water. Once cooked, hit the blender until it reaches the consistency of puree, but with a little liquid.
- Place the chopped bacon in a non-stick pan, brown it well and set aside. Enjoy the bacon fat and add the temporos: garlic, onion and green smell, then put the potato you reserved, mix well and adjust the salt along with the pepper sauce. Finish with bacon and chives.
