- Peel them like potatoes, cut them into potatoes and put in a pen with water, chicken stock, onion and minced garlic.
- Leave on the fire until the potatoes protect for a long time. When that happens to the fire and wait to cool down for a few minutes.
- As soon as it cools, put everything in a blender and beat until it forms a thick broth.
- In the same pan that you cooked the potatoes, put a little oil and sauté the chopped bacon, when it turns golden brown, you can pour the potato broth on top and stir, add salt to taste.
- Turn off the heat, place the broth on a plate and serve with the chopped parsley on top.
