  • Green Cheiro (Parsley and chives) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Edu Guedes Seasoning to taste
  • Chimichurri Seasoning to taste
  • Seasoning Fine Herbs to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Garlic03 unit(s)
  1. Cook the potatoes, carrots, onion and seasonings for approximately 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  2. Chop the bacon into small cubes and in a pan add the oil and fry it and lastly add the garlic and sauté, set aside.
  3. After the potatoes and carrots are cooked, hit the blender with the cooking water itself.
  4. After beaten, put it in the pan that sautéed the bacon with the garlic, add salt and more seasoning and water if necessary, cook a little more to add the seasonings and that's it!!!
  5. Tip: Add the green smell to the dish after serving.
