Bacon and strips

Frite o bacon até ficar bem dourado, retire e reserve

Fry the bacon until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Na mesma panela coloque a manteiga, o trigo e cozinhe por 2 minutos. 

In the same pan put the butter, wheat and cook for 2 minutes.

Adicione o caldo de legumes e a batata crua. Coloque o manjericão e deixe cozinhar até a batata amolecer bem.

Add the vegetable broth and the raw potato. Put the basil and let it cook until the potato softens well.

Finalize com o creme de leite, desligue o fogo, coloque o bacon e parmesão.

Finish with the cream, turn off the heat, put the bacon and parmesan.
