Ingredients
Recipe

Cornmeal250 g
Cold water7 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

In the pressure cooker, fry the garlic in butter until golden.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
Now just leave it on the rice function (10 minutes) or polenta function (15 minutes). Stir well and serve with your favorite sauce.
