- Cornmeal250 g
- Cold water7 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In the pressure cooker, fry the garlic in butter until golden.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
- Now just leave it on the rice function (10 minutes) or polenta function (15 minutes). Stir well and serve with your favorite sauce.
