Lave e escorra a ervilha. Corte o bacon em cubos.

Wash and drain the pea. Cut the bacon into cubes.

Comece fritando o bacon na própria gordura, usando panela de pressão.

Start by frying the bacon in its own fat, using a pressure cooker.

Quando bem frito, adicione o alho e refogue bem. Se desejar, reserve um pouco do bacon para colocar por cima.

When well fried, add the garlic and sauté well. If desired, reserve some of the bacon to put on top.

Coloque a ervilha, sal e água e cozinhe na pressão por 15min.

Add the peas, salt and water and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.

Finalize com cheiro verde e o bacon separado.
