- Chicken breast300 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Soak the dried peas for 12 hours.
- Cook the peas in water and salt for 40 minutes after the pressure cooker is sizzling.
- Open the pan and wait for it to cool a little and hit the pea in the blender to form the cream.
- Fry the onion and chicken, add the seasonings to your liking.
- Add the cream to the chicken, cook for another 10 minutes and it's ready to serve.
