  • Margarine5 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Chicken broth2 unit(s)
  • Water2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sugar10 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Bacon sautéed in cubes30 g
  • Chives to taste
  • Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Mozzarella100 g
  1. Melt the butter over low heat in a large pan.
  2. Saute onion until softened
  3. Add flour and stir for 1 minute
  4. Dissolve the chicken stock in 1 liter of water in a separate pan.
  5. Slowly add the pan with flour, the broth dissolved with salt, pepper and sugar
  6. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, gradually add the cream.
  7. Add the chopped and cooked potatoes. Let it boil on low heat for 5 minutes until the potatoes are incorporated.
  8. Finally, add the cheeses.
  9. Serve in bowls, garnished with bacon and chives.
