- Butter2 tablespoon
- Water600 ml
- Seasoning will be to taste, I used a pinch of cambial pepper, chimichurri, ground cumin and salt. Sauté the chopped garlic and onion in butter, add the seasonings and water. Leave on medium heat, with the pan covered, for 30 min.
- Turn off the heat and blend everything in the blender. Serve hot.
