- Butter80 g
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth1 l
- White wine250 ml
- White pepper to taste
- refined salt to taste
- Cut the onions into Julienne. Sauté the onion in butter until golden, add two tablespoons of water and cook with the pan covered for 15 minutes.
- Add the flour and mix well, cook for 7 minutes so that it loses the taste of flour.
- Add the wine and stir well with a fouet, add the vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
