  • Skimmed milk powder2 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes from1 tablespoon
  • Granular Sweetener1 dessert spoon
  • Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. I mixed everything together and kept stirring on a low heat until it thickened slightly.
  2. Served with another sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
  3. Tips! You can replace the milk with plant-based milk, or even add vanilla whey to make porridge more protein.
