- Recipe
- Fine cornmeal2 tablespoon
- Milk400 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Place ¾ of the milk in a saucepan, and place over medium/low heat.
- Mix the cornmeal with the rest of the milk, sugar and cinnamon.
- When the milk is hot but not boiling, add the cornmeal mixture and stir until it boils.
- Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When ready, add the butter, mix and serve.
