- Start by frying the onion in oil, as soon as it starts to fry, add the crushed garlic and fry well.
- Add the chopped tomato and sauté, then add the cabbage, potato and salt, give it a good sauté and add tomato sauce plus hot water (about half a liter), once the potatoes are cooked, put the pasta and let it cook.
- Once cooked, add the sardines, boil for 30 seconds and add the cilantro.
