- Potato cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Carrots, cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Chayote cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Cabotian squash, cut into cubes (200 g
- Chopped red pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Bahia seasoning1 to taste
- Minced green smell1 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Water1 l
- Start by cutting all the vegetables into cubes, cut the onion and peppers
- Put a pan to heat, put the oil the onion, the peppers, the crushed garlic let it sauté for 3 minutes
- Put the pepperoni, Bahia seasoning, kingdom pepper, tomato extract mix well!
- Add the vegetables, mix very well and let this mixture fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Put 500 ml of water, put the salt.
- Bring to a boil, add the noodles and mix and cook.
- If you need to add more water
- After cooking for approximately 25 minutes, add the green smell
- Tip: whenever I make this pepperoni soup I put 2 shells of already cooked beans and seasoning is delicious
