- Cut the vegetables into pieces. Book on the water. Also cut the chicken breast into pieces and season with salt.
- In the pressure cooker add oil, onion and garlic and sauté; then add the Coloral, the chicken and the quinoa broth.
- Put 500 ml of water and cover the pan; when the pan gets pressure, let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Then when the chicken cooks, add the pasta, vegetables and bring to the fire again, cover with the lid of the pan and after pressure, let it cook for another 7 minutes.
