Refogue a cebola e o alho e adicione a carne já temperada com sal e pimenta.
Acrescente a água e o repolho e cozinhe até a carne ficar macia. Pode utilizar a panela de pressão por cerca de 10 minutos.
Misture a cenoura, o chuchu e a vagem e deixe cozinhar.
Quando estiverem quase cozidos, junte a couve flor, o brócolis e a abóbora.
Corrija o sal e a pimenta do reino se necessário.
Se precisar, adicione um pouco mais 




Sauté the onion and garlic and add the meat already seasoned with salt and pepper.
Add the water and cabbage and cook until the meat is tender. You can use the pressure cooker for about 10 minutes.
Mix the carrot, chayote and green beans and let it cook.
When they are almost cooked, add the cauliflower, broccoli and pumpkin.
Correct salt and pepper if necessary.
If needed, add a little more
